Mommy & Me
 

Perfect for the mini tumbler!

Ages 18 months to 2. This class is designed to learn basic gymnastics, hand eye coordination, safety and having lots of FUN! Mommy or Daddy will be hands on during class.

Junior Gymnastics
​

We offer classes for ages 3-8. Options are Tiny Tot, Mini Tot, Preschool, Intro to Gymnastics, Pre-Beginner,  Beginner, Advanced Beginner and Intermediate. The kids will work on Floor, Vault Station, Low Beam and Junior Bar.

Tumbling

For ages 9 and up we offer several different classes based on ability level. Beginner, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite, we offer something for everyone!
We also offer squad tumbling for High School Cheer Teams.

Competitive Cheerleading
 

We offer cheer teams for ages 4 and up. This is PCF's 12th year in All-Star Cheer. We travel around Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.  We are a USASF Certified Gym with Safety certified coaches and USASF credentialed coaches.  No experience necessary, we offer teams for boys and girls of all ability levels.
